In December of 2023 Katie brought Pfaff Properties WI to partner with Advantage Realty LLC. Since the transition Katie and her family have served clients from all over the state with ease. Katie was born and raised in Lake Delton WI and has witnessed tremendous change and growth transforming the area. With such growth, she has built many networks of business colleagues and personal relationships. Before real estate, Katie worked at and managed many of her parents’ family businesses in Wisconsin Dells. Her and her husband even started their own Custom Precision Machining Company which was sold in 2021 to move their family to the Castle Rock Lake area within Juneau County to help serve more clients. Her work ethic is unparalleled, and she can’t wait to show you just how dedicated she will be for you. When Katie isn’t busy excelling in real estate, she can be found gardening, hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with her family, Donny, Thomas, & CJ.
