1-Star Review! But I had to leave it to write a review

My experience with Advantage Realty was unprofessional and disappointing on multiple levels. The agent showed us a property that had animal feces still on the floor, and was completely trashed with the persons belongings left behind which was completely unacceptable. Rather than apologizing or addressing our concerns, he came across as rude, arrogant, and dismissive.

To make matters worse, he later laughed at us in a text message—a shocking level of disrespect in any professional setting.

What really crossed the line was discovering that after the showing, he went on to flip the property using the renovation ideas I had shared with him. It felt like a complete betrayal of trust and incredibly unethical.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Advantage Realty. Based on my experience, this is not a company that values professionalism, respect, or integrity.

We ended up going with another realitor.
