Clayton was super responsive when another realtor did not answer our inquiry about a listing they were selling. I messaged Clayton and we saw two houses that day…and then a week later, he wrote an offer for a parcel of land. It was accepted without negotiation the next morning! We will absolutely ask Clayton for assistance if/when we buy again in the future!
