Becca is incredible to work with. We have been trying to relocate to Wisconsin from Iowa for 5 months. We thought we were looking for a "unicorn property" and even with that, she always encouraged us to not "settle" if it wasn't right. Well, nothing felt right so many times. She would always smile and say, "It's ok! It will come!". AND IT DID. A great property hit for us, and we are thrilled! She is such a positive light to work with. Always a smile, so quick to respond, reassuring with everything, sleuth and knowledgable. Once we had an accepted offer, she sent over a full on "all the things we need to do to close and by when" document and it made my Type-A heart so happy to have everything spelled out without asking for it. I'm so grateful she was the one helping us navigate this monster move for our family. She has become so much more to everyone in our family than "just a RE agent". Every recommendation she has made for us has been super helpful and rock solid. She may be "a newer agent" but she knows her stuff and is dedicated to her clients, from search to close. Clayton was super responsive when another realtor did not answer our inquiry about a listing they were selling. I messaged Clayton and we saw two houses that day…and then a week later, he wrote an offer for a parcel of land. It was accepted without negotiation the next morning! We will absolutely ask Clayton for assistance if/when we buy again in the future!

Brittany was there for all of my questions and concerns and made the process an absolute breeze!!
